Eva D. Steele

Graveside services for Eva D. Steele, 82, of West Monroe, LA were held Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Bethel Cemetery, Holly Ridge, LA with Bro. Buddy McGurk officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Eva was born September 5, 1935 and passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. 

Mrs. Eva enjoyed reading and watching baseball. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Estelle Grigsby; brother, Ellyn Grigsby; son-in-law, Donnie Sullivan.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Ogles and husband, George of Monroe, Ronny Steele and wife, Sherry of Jena, Mike Steele and wife, Debbie of Rayville, and Patricia Sullivan of West Monroe; grandchildren, James, John, Brandy, Kevin, Chris, Brandon, Matt, Donnie, Joshua, and Sarah; 13 great-grandchildren and one expected and 1-great-great grandchild; and siblings, Carlton Grigsby, Edwin Grigsby, and Carolyn Wilson and husband, Howard.

Pallbearers were Chris Steele, Donnie Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan, Randy Ogles, Aaron Thomas and Shannon Hobbs.
