Towns cancel April meetings

All three of the town council meetings scheduled for next Monday in Richland Parish have been cancelled.

The Delhi, Mangham and Rayville town councils normally meet on the second Monday of each moth. 

However, all meetings have been cancelled in order to comply with thepublic health emergency and shelter in place orders declared by Gov. John Bel Edwards
