Richwood police chief arrested

Richwood Police Johnny Cleveland was arrested June 3 for domestic abuse battery and battery of a dating partner for warrants issued by Delhi Police Department.  

Cleveland was arrested in relation to an incident that occurred May 30 in Delhi.

Cleveland was booked in Richland Parish Detention Center pending $25,000 bond.
