Rayville Police Chief Willie Robinson states that loud music is beginning to become a problem again.

“Motorists are driving through the parking lots of our businesses and on our roadways with music blaring, thereby disturbing the peace of others,” he said. “This act is a violation of Town Ordinances and shows no respect for others. All motorists who are found guilty of this violation will be escorted to the police department and arrested. Keeping Rayville a safe and pleasant place to live will take the cooperation of all. To maintain law and order is a two-fold function. We all must become involved by loving and respecting each other’s person, privacy and property. I can be accomplished but but we must peacefully put forth the effort.”
