Funeral services for Lannie Mercer Brunson, 94, of Mangham, LA will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2010 at Lone Cherry Baptist Church, Mangham, LA with the Rev. Doyle Adams and Rev. Billy Minyard officiating.

Interment will follow at Lone Cherry Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Brunson was born April 7, 1916 and passed away Monday, July 26, 2010 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Powell Brunson, 4-Brothers, 1-Sister and Parents, John and Alma Mercer.

Funeral services for Bobby Ray Murphy, 62, of Minden, LA were held Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Brown-Holley Chapel, Rayville, LA with Rev. Trent Allen officiating.

Interment followed at Rayville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Bobby Ray Murphy was born December 22, 1947 and passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in Shreveport, LA.

Mr. Murphy was a veteran Air Force. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Leslie “Doc” and Sara Murphy and Brother, Leslie Reginald Murphy.

Services for Mrs. Hazel Malone, 95, of Start, were held Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the Start Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Thomas officiating.

Interment followed in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was a member of Start Baptist Church. Mrs. Hazel was the last survivor of the original homeowners/settlers in the Crew Lake Project.

Funeral services for Mrs. Clotee Clark Rundell, 92, of Delhi will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.

The Rev. Mickey Bounds will officiate. Burial will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. Thursday until the time of service.

Mrs. Rundell was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Delhi and was a retired Fabric & Furniture Store Merchant.

She is preceded in death by a daugther, Wanda Clark Kelly and her husbands, Lee Clark and Phillip Rundell and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services for Danny K. Williams, 55, of Start, LA were held Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Rev. Larry Jammes officiating.

Interment followed at Start Cemetery, Start, LA. under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Danny K. Williams was born February 22, 1955 at Rayville, LA and passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 in Start, LA. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Ed and Rose Huff, Paternal Grandparents, Loyd and Lucy Williams.

Armed Murrell Mathews Sr., was born September 13, 1926, to John Neuton Mathews and Evie Bell Mathews in Jonesboro, Louisiana.

He lost his battle with Alzheimer’s on Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
