Road work underway at Rayville railroad crossing

A Kansas City Southern Railroad and Louisiana DOTD crew works to smooth down the hump where the the Louisa Street crosses the tracks in Rayivlle. The improvements are an attempt to stop tractor-trailer rigs with long beds from getting hunt up on the road as they cross.
