Firemen thanked for actions

To All Richland Parish Fire Departments:
Our entire family wants to extend our heartfelt thank you to each Volunteer Fire Department in Richland Parish and Rayville Fire Department.
The outpouring of love and respect you evidently held for Ronnie was revealed by the manner in which you honored him by serving as honorary pall bearers and escorting the family into the church for the funeral and then the breathtaking assembly of fire trucks and company of parish wide firefighters lining our passage to the cemetery. Our hearts were filled with emotion as we witnessed this reverent expression of love and respect for a fellow firefighter.
To the people who were not affiliated with the Fire Departments, but assisted in the organization of this procession, we extend our gratitude to them. May God continue to bless our parish with dedicated people passionate to serve on all our volunteer fire departments.
