Funeral services for Lannie Mercer Brunson, 94, of Mangham, LA will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2010 at Lone Cherry Baptist Church, Mangham, LA with the Rev. Doyle Adams and Rev. Billy Minyard officiating.

Interment will follow at Lone Cherry Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Brunson was born April 7, 1916 and passed away Monday, July 26, 2010 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Powell Brunson, 4-Brothers, 1-Sister and Parents, John and Alma Mercer.

Survivors include her son, Dan Brunson and wife, Janice of Quitman, LA.; four grandchildren, Dan Sander Jr. and wife, Paula of Burkburnett, TX., Michael Lancaster and wife, Mindy of West Monroe, LA., Randall Lancaster and wife, Nicole of Quitman, LA., Nicole Bulington and husband, Jason of West Monroe, LA.; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Joel Williams, Gary Williams Jr. Jones, Jamie Jones, Willie Jones, Ronnie Mercer, Lynn Mercer and J.W. Mercer.

Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Lone Cherry Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Brown-Holley Funeral Home in Rayville, LA.
