Funeral services for Johnnie Faye Murray, 63, of Monroe, LA were held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Brown-Holley Chapel, Rayville, with Rev. Waymon Swain officiating.

Interment followed at Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Johnnie Faye Ross Murray was born March 13, 1946 in Rayville, LA and passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010 in West Monroe, LA.

Faye was a member of the Rayville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Evelyn Ross

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Jerry Murray of Monroe; daughters, Jerri Lowery and husband, Carl of Choudrant and Misty Garland and husband, Michael of Calhoun; grandchildren, Emily Carter of Choudrant, Peyton Lowery of Choudrant, and Trey Garland of Calhoun; sister, Virginia Strahan of Rayville; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Pallbearers were Chad Holcomb, Brian Box, Earl Murray, Shelby Murray, Tom Heath and Norman Paulson.
